Intermittent EpicorServerException: Could not convert string to integer

Some of our users are intermittently recieving the below error.

Tracing the Correlation ID from the first screenshot we see: Ice.Common.EpicorServerException: Could not convert string to integer: [object Object]. Path 'orderNum'

The error doesn’t seem to block any processes (from what we can tell). Users can continue working on the order and move to another without it being raised again.

Back tracking to the same order to review f12 I do not get the error and see the below

Any suggestions on how I can identify what prompted the errored call?

Is this a base screen, or a layer?

We do have 1 custom layer applied but the last time a change was published was 12/9/25.

Run the base layer only and see if this still occurs. If so, it’s a bug.
If not, you have an error somewhere in the logic or the setup in the layer.
