International Addresses

Joe, I had to take my best guess with some countries what part of the address was equal to a U.S. street, city, zip etc. In both customer and supplier maintenance there is a tab called Address Format. The address format lets you take the address fields and place them in the correct addressing format for the particular country.

Thanks Phil.
I will definitely keep this handy.
Sure enough though, the one I needed (Ethiopia) is not on there. :)

Also, what I need to know is where to plug in these address parts into Epicor.
For example, in the US there is City, State, and Zip. When looking at an international address, it’s hard to figure out what piece goes in what field.

Hi All,

Does anyone have a resource (ideally a website) for determining how to enter international addresses into Epicor, from a US perspective?

Whenever we ship overseas, users just take guesses as to how the address should be entered and in most cases they get it wrong, which then causes tax calculation issues.

I tried searching Google for a site that would explain how to enter international address correctly but I haven’t had any luck yet.
