International/Canada Shipping - Invoice/BOL

Dina,
We ship to Great Britain, Spain, and Hong Kong and the only real
modifications we have made to the invoice and BOL is that the date is
removed.

Before we bought the Multi-Form add-on from Caesar Development we had to do
a print preview of the regular form (invoice or BOL) and then run a compiled
version of the Crystal Report that has the date removed. Doing the print
preview gets the data out of Vantage into your VNTGWORK directory and then
the second report (without the date) can use that same data.

Of course, since we bought the Multi-Form add-on it is much easier; there is
a dropdown list where the user can choose which form they want to use.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [Vantage] International/Canada Shipping - Invoice/BOL

The person we have doing our shipping, said the way our invoice and bol
is worded we are having problems with customs. She said customs is
holding up our shipments because of this.

I am using the standard forms that was supplied by Epicor. The only
thing I did was add my logo.

Does anyone know anything about shipping to Europe and Canada that would
be willing to call me and explain a few things to me.

Or is anyone using the Vantage forms and not having any problems or did
you have to change/add wording?

Thanks,
Dina
