Intuitive WIP/Production Tracker. Is it possible?

We are a HMLV manufacturer, we use EPICOR 9, have twelve CNCs, four forming machines, twelve welding machines, mostly three shifts (8hrs), and we must maintain NIST/CMMC compliance.

We have a number of areas that need improvement for better decision making.

1.Machine Efficiency/Utilization tracking

2.Product On-time Shipment confidence through better product tracking and visibility

3.Product/Component/Material/Outsource Tracking

4.Real-Time Scrap Reporting

I think an intuitive WIP tracker with real-time obvious visibility would likely encapsulate 2 and 3. We don’t need RFID tracking, but daily tracking and visibility, even if its estimated, would be ideal. Are there any dashboards or anything else available that someone could recommend or have already completed to help us on this?

We had some of this back in 9, but it was slow to run and hard to make. In 10 now 11 the toolset is so much better and I have a lot of these real time trackers.
