Anyone else do inventory counts on excel spreadsheets and then upload the data via DMT?
Which part of DMT do you use? Epicor rep said to use Inventory Transfer but that doesn’t make any sense to me.
I assume to use Quantity Adjustment. But internally someone said they we’re told not to use because Epicor doesn’t like that.
Any advice on this?

We DMT Quantity Adjustment every year for our annual inventory. We also occasionally cycle count and use it for that too. DMT of Quantity Adjustment works great for us. We input a reference note to describe our reason for the mass adjustment. Here’s an example of our template from last year:
