I was just told that in the quantity breaks section of quote tracker, the unit of measure field is invisible/not showing up. I go to quote entry, and the unit of measure is invisible there until I actually click on the box where it is supposed to be. Has anyone seen something like this before? If so, is there a fix?
This is on the application by the way, not the browser.
Not the same, but I came across something similar at my old company.
I forget exactly which screen it was on, but a text box did not have a label until you put your cursor in the text box. Once you did that, the label would appear above the text box. I want to say it was Quote Entry, Order Entry, or Customer.
In Sales Order Entry in the browser version (not smart client), the field labels for the different Comment fields stay hidden until you click in the field.
Epicare just told me that this is a bug that they are working on fixing. The bug number is ERPS-254338.
