Is it possible the order was originally entered wrong and it was fixed after the invoice?

We are running E10.



I am finding the following:



Sales Rep commission split/rate set up correctly at the line level on a sales order. (Sales Rep getting 100% split of 10% commission).



When I look at the Invoice for this Sales Order, at the line level it shows the Sales Rep getting 0% split of 0% commission.



I have no idea what could be happening to make this change. And it's not happening on every Sales Order/Invoice.



Has anyone seen this before?

In addition to the split on the commissions tab is Commissionable check marked down at the bottom on the Detail screen for the line?

Yes, Commissionable is checked.

Mmm.. I have seen it but on RMA credit memos only.
