Is Epicor cloud SAAS down for anybody else. It has been down for us for about 30 minutes now. https://status.epicor.com/ doesn’t give any indication of an incident but usually is very far behind.
Every few minutes we get a tiny bit of hope but then we get a “offline” error or A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server.
Our pilot is giving me 502 Bad Gateway.
Just got an Incident - Americas Service Disruption email from Epicor:
We are currently investigating an incident that is impacting a subset of customers in your region. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as we have them, and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
So i guess i will wait to see if they can fix it.
Same here, just got off the phone with them. They confirmed the issue is on their end. I also just received the status email.
Yes “502 Bad Gateway”. I reported to Cloud Ops and received the status below from their monitoring. Cloud Ops is engaged.
Well I was just setting down to do a little catch up. Oh well.
In the middle of configuring connection to new ECC site for go live! perfect timing.
Based on some very low effort google dorking this appears to be specific to central US servers.
I was able to log in to my Pilot at 6:32 Central.
Seems a bit sluggish.
Edit: I’m in Live as well. A little slow.

Pilot was definitely also affected. I didn’t find any instances that were responding during that downtime.
Tangentially, it’s kinda surprising that /epicorsaas.com/robots.txt does not exist. Makes it really easy to check the scope of downtimes, though.
Yeah, I was in my pilot at ~8pm EST, but by 8:30 I lost connection and a bad gateway error.
Forgot all about the update this evening.
Somebody post something amusing. I wanted this marked solved, but it feels weird to mark my own post like this.
I was in the middle of telling a group how good and stable the cloud environment was in a training class with a new company.

an auto-email would be nice to see when this occurs.
