Issue to top level assy

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "reissue" the top level assembly. Do you mean, how do you get finished product that was put into inventory to be issued back to the job? For that, you can do a negative qty Job Receipt to Inventory transaction. That will get the qty/cost out of inventory and back on the job. There may be costing difference depending on your costing method and any other transactions took place that affect cost.
