Issue with "Select All" Button on Work Queue Screen for filtered records

Hi,
We have encountered an issue with the “Select All” button on the Work Queue screen. When the grid data is filtered using any criteria, the button does not correctly select only the rows matching the filtered results. Instead, it appears to select rows outside the filtered subset.

As the Work Queue screen is a critical tool for MES users, we want to check:

  1. Is this a known issue?
    Have you observed similar behavior in other environments or with other users?
  2. Are there any recommended workarounds?
    Currently, we advise users to manually review and select rows after filtering, but this is not ideal for maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Hi Alamdar,

I have the same issue. I can’t understand the ability for filtering for a specified parameter if we were still going to have to select each line individually? I have no work around currently, but have asked our IT group to look at it.
