When they say AI is going to eliminate jobs… it’s because foreign companies are going to steal a companies’ data, and start making it for less cost and run the companies who adopted AI out of business!
I think it’s less complicated than that.
It’s a cliche that AI will take over technical jobs when managers can accurately ask for what they want. The flip side is, a significant percentage of employers are inaccurately asking the wrong people if AI can do a job, then choosing between shifting an employee’s salary into equity and understanding what they do.
