You know, I have tried to be good to call it “Kinetic” for like 2 years now, but the users still call it “Epicor.”
Wonder why…
I feel a lack of commitment there.
Is there even a logo for Kinetic?

I wondered about that. People here (this site) say Vantage all the time - not “Epicor 9.05” - I wonder if it’s nostagia. Did people actually say “Vantage” during the actual Vantage days?
I think so, since an old boss mentioned they’d call it “disadVantage” at a prior employer.

Vantage was 8 and 8.03. Then it was Epicor 9, 9.05 and 10.
Been though a few name changes even before it was Vantage but that was before my time.

I always used different color icons for different Client environments (including my “Safe Harbor” icon for if/when I’m in on a controlled release).

Hahahahah, I’ve been saying this since the rename - if you really wanted it to be called Kinetic, maybe start with replacing the “E” icon and the name IN THE SOFTWARE.
Probably come up with a new versioning number system for the Epicor >> Kinetic name transition. 1.2.300.2.34
