Have an issue where we have a Job that has 50 Prod Quantity but only 48 were completed, but on job closing and Job tracker its showing 50 completed, is there a way to fix this?
So it looks like a production quantity against operations was entered as the full job quantity, but the quantity received to stock as -2 below that, so you need to investigate why…
- if it was because 2 werent suitable to ship then you need to do a non-conformance
- if it was because the qty received to stock was incorrectly entered, you need to do anothe Job Receipt to inventory
If you can provide more details as to how this occurred that would be good

No nonconformance or scrap. Nonconformance doesnt show on the list below but when I look at labor transactions for each opr there are non.
I believe all of the quantities show on the Labor Transactions tab. You’d probably need to look there. I’d be curious to see if there was anything there. Is there any chance you happen to know if the labor transactions have been modified at all?
