We have a job where the status shows as voided. I’m not sure how to fix this.
If the job was Make to Order… but the order was “closed”, the order becomes “Voided” and the Job DEMAND status also becomes “Voided”.
Can’t say there aren’t other reasons you may get a “Voided” job demand status.
But, I don’t think this is related to the JOB’S status… it can still be live, scheduled, etc. What you’re showing in your image is the status of the DEMAND. And the Demand was voided.
I would assume, to correct this, you’d have to check the demand source. Figure out if it is void or not and whether it should be or not. If, for example, this was Make to Order, and the order was accidentally closed/cancelled, you could re-open the order (line/release, etc.). Or, if it truly was closed/cancelled, you could still complete the job. In that case, I would delete the existing demand link and perhaps create a new one for Make to Stock, instead. You just need to research the demand source and then decide what to do with the job.
