Job exception stopping jobs from completing

We have jobs that are not competing under the Auto Job completing process because they are over labor estimate. For example, The job operation estimate time was at .08 and it took the employee .13, so only a 3 minute difference. I feel we have our parameters set way to tight. I would like them to be if the labor was over 30 minutes but I am not sure where to set the % parameters at. Can anyone help with this for suggestions

Job Complete/Close Parameters.

I think you set up various codes and parameters there and then apply them on a Product Group level.

do you happen to be able to send a screen shot of where you set that up at the product group level?

We actually don’t use them… but it looks like these are the fields you would use in Product Group Maintenance:

Looks like they’re also on the Product Group > Sites level… so, if you’re multi-site… one site may have difference tolerances (use different codes) than another:
