Job not getting marked as Engineered

We’re experiencing an issue where when using the order job wizard multiple users (myself and the user who normally does the task) create jobs for parts that are active and have approved revisions engineered check box checked. This seems to only happen for international orders. In my testing domestic orders get their jobs created without issue.

I have the field as change logged and I do not see any changes of the field in the logs.

I have tried recreating the issue in a problem/test environment but am not able to, I’ll refresh the data and order job wizards recreates the job without any issues.

I do not have any BPMs running that I believe would cause the issue.

We’re on prem 2024.2.7
