Position Title: Accounting Manager Reports To: Controller/VP of Human

Full-Time / Exempt Job Summary: The Accounting Manager is responsible
for the day to day management of the Accounting department, development
of appropriate accounting procedures and internal controls, and the
preparation of monthly financial statements. This position reports to
the Controller/Vice President of Human Resources and must be able to
handle multiple projects and work independently in a rapidly growing
company. Essential Duties: • Supervise accounting staff (currently

projects as assigned Qualifications: • Thorough knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent Excel capabilities • Experience in preparing
financial statements • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written
communication skills required • Ability to plan, organize and
oversee assigned projects • Ability to recognize process
deficiencies and recommend/implement improvements • Ability to work
with all levels of staff and management both as a self-starter and in a
team environment • Experience with Federal contracting a plus •
Experience with EPICOR a plus • Hands on experience with QuickBooks
(current accounting system) Education and/or Experience Bachelors
Degree in Accounting required or equivalent experience Minimum of 5
years relevant experience in Accounting Minimum of 2 years experience in
