Burkhart Dental has an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are seeking an ERP Superuser/Business Analyst to be based at the corporate office in Tacoma, WA. The ERP Superuser/Business Analyst will become a subject matter expert on Epicor software and Burkhart business processes then use that knowledge to train and support Burkhart associates.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
•A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Working knowledge of ERP systems in an organization.
•Deep understanding of databases and business systems, especially how they relate to business processes.
•Experience training users of all skill levels.
•Experience providing Tier 2 Help Desk support and exercising troubleshooting skills.
•Understanding of Business Process Management, dashboards, and queries.
•Previous ERP or business software experience is required, Epicor experience is a plus.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•A positive, creative personality with a can-do attitude and the desire to be part of a dynamic team!
