I have material that is checked as “Purchase Direct” automatically. I cannot find where that is configured. Thanks!
If the part is non-stock, it’s automatically set to purchase direct.

on both the general and site tabs?
its checked on the site tab.
the logic follows whatever is on the site tab so that you can have different sites treat a material differently. When you change it on the general tab, it asks you if you want have it changed on the sites tab too. If you click no, then they don’t sync. That’s something that can be done by accident pretty easily.
Confirm that you have the site level set as stock also.
