This is probably a silly question, but I haven’t been able to find an answer as of yet. How do you reset a job’s operations if the part is scrapped during machining and have to restart from scratch? For example, I have a job for 1 part that has 6 operations; everything is fine until I hit operation 4 and now the part is scrap. How do I reset operations 1, 2, and 3 so that they no longer show 1/1 part complete so I can rerun those operations? Or at least inform Epicor that these operations need to be completed a second time?

There is nothing. This is something that needs to be handled manually as each company treats it differently. Some companies just issue the material again with a new traveler. Some close out the job and raise a new one. Some add an extra quantity to the job to re-open the operations.
