Job Traveler on 6.1

Hi Sandy,
Did u print the Job Traveler thru CR? To fix this
issue you need to install a patch for Crystal 8.5 that
we have received from Crystal Decisions. The file you
need is called dbexdrvr.zip. You can get this two
ways.
First you can log on to the FTP site pmpls.Epicor.com.
Once there go into the Vista folder and then the
Crystal 8.5 Reports folder. The second is to go to
http://support.epicor.com/vista. Log into the support
page and look for the Vista Downloads section. Click
on the Upgrades and Documentation link. Once you are
on that page, click on the Vista Shareware link. In
there you will see a file called dbexdrvr.zip,
download it to your machine. Unzip the file and run
the dbexdrvr.exe on each machine that has Crystal
Reports 8.5 installed on it.
Then test the reports again. It should have fixed the
problem.

We upgraded to 6.1 over the weekend (from 4.0) and the job traveler is
not printing the detail lines after the 0 level. Has anyone else seen
this? When you choose a sub-assembly by itself it does print
everything. The jobs look fine when you look at them. If you print
using the Progress print out everything prints.
