Job Tree Icon meaning clarification

Looking for clarity on what the icon represents in the Job tree. The help section in “Managing the Job Tree View” (thanks Tim) indicates that the material is complete or that the warehouse has enough of the material to satisfy requirement. However job has had no material issued and time phase is showing none on site with a suggestion to purchase, why would the icon be olive and not red?

If the PO Suggestion has a Due Date of PRIOR to the required date on the job, then Epicor assumes it will be here and the material requirement will be fulfilled. It is making a LOT of leaps of faith, but that’s how it works.
