Can anyone tell me what is populating the CustName and CustID fields in JobHead? None of our jobs are for multiple customers, so I could see value in use of these fields. Both fields are unused in any of our jobs. It would at the least provide a nice way to sort jobs by CustomerID without having to jump through hoops…
I wonder if they are legacy fields. A job could be for > 1 customer / make to order, so I don’t think JobHead can do that. We use JobProd data to get the customer info where there’s the possibility of > 1 record/customer ID.
Its for jobs created from Field Service which has one to one relation between Service Call line and job.
