Check the fiscal calendar mapped to the GL book.“KSABOOK”
This error seems like the respective fiscal year and period is not available in the fiscal calendar CALKSA.

Fiscal Calendar is attached in Book maintenance for your reference screenshot is attached

Could you please check in the Fiscal Calendar Maintenance, may the respective fiscal year and period might not be there.

Has the period been marked as closed. Close Fiscal Period/Year. Also check your posting validation rules. Book Maintenance > Posting > Validation > Fiscal Period is Closed > “What is here” as a validation. Error or autocorrect.

Can you give us another screen show showing the Apply Date in the Journal Entry Screen?

That pop up has the apply date, fiscal year, and fiscal period covered up. Can you move the dialog box over and send a screen shot, or send just a screen shot of the journal screen without the error?

Sorry I know I continue to ask, but this picture looks OK for sure. Can you copy all of the details in the error and post it here? Also can you verify the General Ledger account details and setup for the one used in the journal?

The Reverse date is 5/1 and the apply date is 4/30. Are both periods open?

Yes, Both the periods are open.

Does the Journal Edit say anything?

Kindly give screen shot of the Journal Entry Group.

Based on the error some where it has stored fiscal period “5” where as the apply date is 30/4/2020.

Are there any other transaction posted in the fiscal period “04” and “05”. Fiscal year 2020. ?

Finally we have Voided the legal number and deleted the group. After that we created the new Group and successfully posted.
