Don't worry about it. It's best practice to save your customized reports as another file name anyway. That way if there is a problem, you can go back to the standard report as backup and for testing. Leave the standard as "Standard" in the report style but add another style for your custom report and make the custom the default. This makes it quick and easy to go back to the standard report directly from the UI if needed.
