Is there a report in epicor that you could print a kanban build suggestion report based off demand?
If you have setup a part with a Production Kanban - it will show when you have inventory levels low or equal to zero.
You could use the MRP jobs that are created to meet demand to be the flag to do a Kanban receipt.
After you have done the Kanban receipt, next time MRP runs the unfirm jobs will be deleted.
