Since 2-3 weeks we are starting to have random crashes with the version in title.

  • For one user is when she closes the Quote Entry window.
    for this user I purged her customization, cleared client cache, uninstalled and
    reinstalled
  • For another user is when he closes Epicor.

It brings up a blue screen and reboots. Did anyone encounter a similar issue and how was it fixed?

Thank you. This fixed it for the second user. I will check monday with the other user.

I tried to “turn it off and on again” but forgot to double check the updates :slight_smile:
