Hi Everyone ,

We are in the process of performing an upgrade for a client who is on Epicor 10.2.200 to Kinetic 2025.

I have been looking for detailed steps / tasks that need to be followed and thought that a Kinetic Update Guide would be a good reference point.

On searching on Epcicweb , i cannot find the latest Kinetic Update Guide. IF anyone here can point me to where i can get this resource , I would very grateful.

On EpicWeb.
Products > Kinetic/EPR > Downloads > On-Premises > Download Kinetic

Then filter onto the version you want :slight_smile:
