I have Edge installed as per Epicor’s instructions. As I work with different customers, I followed the below instructions to add new URLs and I also added that manually to the local agent.
None of these methods worked and I find that I have to Uninstall and re-install Edge for it to work for each customer.
Is there a better way to achieve that?

Open your Microsoft Edge browser and navigate to your Kinetic URL.
Click on the Lock icon () located on the left side of the address bar.
Locate the section labeled Permissions for this site.
Find the setting for Apps on device.
Change the selection from “Block” to Allowed.
Refresh the browser page and attempt to connect again.
I’ve currently got 15 different environments in my Edge Agent config - works great, and I can happily open classic screens from any of those because I’ve got the local clients installed too.
I have been doing this long before the menu you show was added - I always just edit the appsettings.json file.
Just out of interest if you’re not using it to open classic screens - what is your primary use with Edge Agent as a consultant? Being able to use Design SSRS from the browser and have it open locally?
I rarely print anything from a customer environment, and if I do then the preview first works just fine.
To use SSRS Report Design for different customers, Edge Agent has to point to each customer and to each different environment now. Adding the URLs didnt seem to be the complete solution. Clearing cache & cookies is the workaround. However, I think I found where the bug is, and I pointed it out to Epicor. I hope they do something with it :).
