Kinetic AP Payment Entry - Process Payment Error

We are testing our upgraded system 10.2.700.7 from 10.1.500.7. When the users process payment in AP Payment Entry, the users got the following error. Anyone have experience and can help? Thanks.

It might be a known issue, the UI is complex enough that the conversion to Kinetic might not be completely done in 700.

I figured out how to force the classic screen. In menu maintenance look under the processes area and find the process payments entry.
