Epicor help pages also dont load for me (also gov cloud).
erchelp.zendesk.com seems like new documentation? But it’s very barren, not sure if it’s supposed to be a replacement? I can’t find any other links that take me to usage documentation.
Support recently sent me this.
It is hit or miss on if I can get in.
I have a ticket open with themto get the help working in the client.
I am going to update them with the kinetic not working either.
