We’re currently on 2022.2 (on-prem) upgrading soon to 2025.2. Most users are still in Classic, but Finance are now using Kinetic.
A user has made us aware that in Kinetic they can no longer add intrastat to Misc Invoices.
The problem we are currently facing is that for samples, we have previously used Misc Invoices, but these samples are often for the EU requiring intrastat to be entered.
Has the option to add intrastat been removed or just moved somewhere else in the screen? In Classic we would go: Actions > Line > Intrastat
but this doesnt seem to be a Line option in Kinetic
This is currently causing us a headache as we cannot post the invoice without an intrastat code, but the system won’t let us add one without going back into Classic. (This isn’t really a long-term solution either).
