Ok, I copied a subquery into the same baq.
I changed the criteria on one of my tables…
It changed the criteria on both subqueries.
A little error in their process somewhere…

I’ll make note to not set criteria before copying a subquery. 
I doubt that would help.
Probably has the same guid or something.
I may try to reproduce later and see.
Copy, pointer, they basically do the same thing right?
