We’ve had the fix applied once already, supposedly. We didn’t have this issue for the past week or so.

tell me your site number and time with timezone when 404 happened.
Is there a way to do that securely or does the site id matter for security?

We are having the same issue. We change a method directive on order head to have a special character like X so we know the change is made and with each save of order entry we get a different version of the code that shows the X in the field vs not. Seemingly random. I will do a ticket on this. This makes it very hard to know if code changes are working.
