Kinetic Grid - how to set some rows as disabled via event?

I would like to set some rows of Kinetic Grid as disabled (so user can’t use selector/checkbox).
Is there any widget or property which can be used/set in application studio event?
I need to be able to set it up dynamically as the user is selecting / unselecting rows and therefore I can’t use data rules.
