Kinetic New PO Suggestions (browser) - Export to Excel

Hey,

In New PO Suggestions, I can export the Change PO Suggestions to Excel, but export New PO Suggestions doesn’t result in a spreadsheet.

After export of new suggestions, I get a notification, but clicking on the notification doesn’t result in a spreadsheet, and the report doesn’t show up in the system monitor or in the downloads folder (this works from Change PO Suggestions).

I thought it might have to do with a file size limit from Production, but Pilot is getting the same results with 66 records.

I can export selected records of new suggestions, and it goes straight to a download, not showing up in notifications or system monitor.

Is this a known issue? Suggestions?

Update. It works when I run the app with no customization.

A couple of days ago I found an issue where the part entry Detail page had lost its binding, which cause the Delete and Search tools to disappear.

Still looking.

Comparing the json files between the original customization and the new customization I created from scratch (where the export works), I found these differences.

Existing customization:

From the existing line that starts with

Is this part that only exists in the existing customization:

This is at the bottom of the whole line show below.

ChatGPT says that this indicates the POSugDtl dataview being set to updatable (??) and that might cause my export issue.

Oddly enough, it turned out that a column had been entered twice on the grid model and the export took exception to the duplicate column name. It had sat there and worked just fine until someone tried to export the grid contents.
