This just happened to me and one of my users. We are both on the Kinetic app, and when we try to select the printer, it gets that spinning wheel and nothing shows up in the list of available printers. What is really weird is that it stopped happening for me, but still happens for the other user.
I did nothing to change my settings, it just started working. The user restarted everything and still no luck.
EDIT:
So I forced closed Kinetic for task manager, due to that using a bunch of CPU. That fixed it for one user, but then another user had the same issue and force closing did not fix that.
