No it was enabled, but in the Disabled all Except row action rule it was cumulative not replacing.
Just wanted to let you know that I just addressed this again. In this version 11.2.400 - it was not working - using a custom button linked to a Part.CustomField.
Since I am not dealing with real data for the binding, I was able to change to TransView.CustomField, which causes the default ReadOnly rule to not apply.
