We have a situation where the Sales Order Printing screen is not popping up for a user as Kinetic. It just started one day not sure why. No customizations on that screen, she has no personalizations on that screen, it’s set to user choice. I’m not sure what other strings to pull at this point. Anyone else have ideas? When I have her go to options the Form select shows User Choice but is greyed out.
This is the only Kinetic screen that is not displaying? Is there anything in the ice.rptdefault table for that user/form?
Correct only form as far as i’m aware, and nothing in report defaults no.
