I was just coming on here to post this issue and ask if anyone else was seeing it. I opened a ticket with Epiccare and they are entirely unhelpful. I was getting tickets in from our finance group because our multi-company records weren’t syncing all the time. I couldn’t figure out why until I added a BAQ of the tasks onto my homepage so now I can see when there are pending stuck tasks that are preventing our multi-company from running that I need to clear out. Its extremely frustrating.
Support said “You can only see active tasks in the Active Task tab”. My question was why could we see pending tasks in the active tasks tab in classic then? This support ticket has been especially frustrating as the person will give a one sentence comment and then put it in suggested resolution. They have done this 5 times so far.
Does anyone know if there is an epicor idea or anything about this?
