Is anyone currently using the Kinetic Warehouse (KWH) product in Mexico? We went live there about a year ago and started using KWH roughly three months ago.
Since then, the KWH app has been extremely slow and almost unusable on a weekly basis. We encounter a variety of errors along with general slowness.
Any feedback or insights would be greatly appreciated, as we are at a standstill with support until we can “replicate” the issue on demand.
For context, we also use KWH in the U.S. and do not experience these issues at all, which makes support even less inclined to review this.
