Kinetic won't load - sits at white screen or spinning blue circle gets stuck

We’ve been having issues all morning. Unusable for some, but not for all (that, or they just aren’t saying anything). Just recently it kicked everyone out of Epicor and I’ve not been able to get back in.

Same issues here. The client seems to load but its very slow to open screens or do any transactions

Support isn’t even aware there was a fix applied. No solutions or workarounds and its been 2 hours. @Rich are you aware of the issues? System is unusable for us right now.

We’re still running for now but I’m preparing for an onslaught of calls if Epicor goes down for us.

We’ve been informed the issue has been resolved? I think it’s working fine for us but not responding to our ticket right away… lol

Seems like we are going up and down over here. Just got told that epicor was down, then a few minutes later it is working fine.

Made this adjustment on prem and seems to have licked the issue!

So unfortunately it looks like the 2024.2.7 update this weekend has brought this issue back again. The MRU settings in the config file were reverted to what they were before (they were 0, now they are reverted to 60 and 80) and people can’t log in without clearing the cache. Not sure how much more time we are going to have to waste battling this. Very discouraging.

We received a windows update as well. Did anyone else receive one? Reinstalling Epicor on one of our users was the only fix for this issue today so just curious. So far, we have only had a total of 3 users with the issue this time around. Last time we had over 25.

How long does it hang for? Is it like a minute or more or does it just never finish and get to the menu?
