We have a BOM that is a Kit and within that BOM is another Kit. When you add the first part to a Sales Order it does not pull over the kit that is within that BOM. Any ideas?
If it’s a BOM it’s for a manufacturered part I would imagine the subkit won’t show on the sales order
Rather it will show up as material for the job later on
Is there a way to make it appear on the sales order? I think that’s exactly what is happening.
Sales Orders do not show bill of materials.
It’s odd though because the Part that we add to the sales order has other parts in the BOM that appear on the sales order if you hit show kit details on the order. However the one Part on the BOM that is a “sales kit” type does not appear.
