In Time and Expense Entry, we are having issues when running reports for labor clock-in and outs in Time and Expense entry, when it comes to Sunday it stays as regular time instead of over time. Since it is out actual last day or day number 7 for us, it should be treated as overtime and not regular time if employees have over 40 hours from Monday to Saturday…
Is there a place where first day of the week is defined? If it is Sunday, can we change it to Monday?
I think what you may be looking for is in External (or standard) Payroll Class Maintenance.
You have to define Pay Type (External Paytype Maintenance) and assign them to Days (Mon-Fri, Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, or Holiday Additional Time)
You can define the overtime and double-time thresholds there. Then you have to assign the class to each Payroll Employee. The entire Payroll and External Payoll Integration in Epicor is way more complex than it should be IMHO.
You can find much more detailed information in their help, but search for payroll.
The production calendar doesn’t define overtime or double-time, it just shows what days your resources are available for operation for planning purposes and use with MES/Data Collection - unless, I missed something big there… IDK!
