Landed Cost- Can you use if you have Standard costing?

We are all standard costing, and I was looking at the landed cost
feature in receipt entry. It seems to work great, but nothing updates
to the cost tables. Is this because average costing is not our primary
costing? I was hoping that it would still show the amount in the mat'l
burden part of the cost, even if it showed it under the average costing
numbers (since we can see all three methods, even though we only use
standard).
