LangDesc Table in Crystal

Thanks for the reply , so do you have an example how it gets a text gets translated? 
Which language tables are you talking about? I think there are a couple of ones but the main table i am talking about is LangDesc, this contains all translated description on the system. We try to see if this translation is passover an order - or invoice ( entries) but didn't saw the translation only the base one.

If you are talking about the table called LangTran then this is use mainly for the Labels which it works on my end. The only solution so far that I found is to add a record here at the langTran table for all my description.

I want to export this table LangDesc into the invoice form report xml using the data definition ,I have a custom ARForm data definition, but I am not able to make it work.So far I tried adding the LangDesc table , create a relationship and even creating a criteria for the LangDesc.

I have a translated description in the Misc Charge table and I want to show the transalation on the invoice report. Is there any way to doing so?

Also I dont know why this table isnt included in the data definition by default like the Rpt Labels transalations.

I am using Epicor 9.05.701

Text is translated automatically based on the User's Language which can be overridden by the Customer/Supplier Language or Country Language. There should be no need to add the table to the Crystal report. Hard-coded text in Crystal isn't translated as you might suspect. And you can add heading text that'll be automatically translated IF it already exists in the language table.
