I use a Dell Latitude E6520 running Windows 7 - 64 bit. I love it and there
is a 10-key keypad also! Very nice system J

Subject: [Vantage] Laptop Suggestions for Epicor Power Users

Looking to purchase new laptops for some of our Epicor power users. Most of
them need to be pretty mobile, but don't want to sacrifice screen real
estate.

Most of them have been on some version of an HP Pavilion dv7. Lots of
hardware issues with these. Been suggested to get HP Elitebooks.

Other opinions? Not looking to spend over $1,200 per system. But want high
performance, mobility, and screen room.

Plus we're just starting to go down the path of consistency in Models, to
better allow for system imaging in the future.

Thanks,

Justin

I'm a Lenovo lover. The E520s work great for us and have a full sized
10-key. They're inexpensive, too.

Me personally, I run away from HP as fast as most investors are running away
from Facebook right now. ;-)

I'm a "power user" and have a E520 as my primary computer (with docking
station, etc). NEVER had one issue with it.

I'd second the recommendation for Lenovos.
