Lead time report

It can be done by showing all labor entrys and subtracting the min.
clock in date from the max. clock in date.

This only shows how long it took from start to finish on the shop floor,
not since the creating of the job.

Hope that helps...

Hi,

Vantage doesn't a Job Release date as standard, you may be able to
report off the change logs but I have never done this. Would the
first labor transaction date be of any use? This combined with the
ship date would give you a lead time. However, things could become a
bit more complicated with part batch shipments. I wouldn't be to
keen about the using a job release date. It does depend on your
environment, if the job is released once then it is fine. However,
if jobs are changed alot , then you would end up with multiple
release dates.

Corvu VBI has some reports to cover this.

I am looking for a leadtime report that we can use to measure our
leadtime through the process form Job order line releases to job
order line ship.

There a host of other times we would like to measure

Order Receipt to Order Entry
Order Entry to Job Order Line Release Entry
Job Order Line Release Entry to Job Order line Rel ship complete

I would like to measure actual dates and not scheduled dates.

Can any one direct me to the table.records that hold the date
informnation I am looking for?

If you have a report you would like to share that would help as well.

Thanks

Jim
