Anyone know why you can only link one order/line/release to a project phase? Is this fixed in some of the later versions. We’re running, what is getting old now, 2021.2.8.

Here is what I’ve found, but maybe someone has a better way?
- You can link multiple sales orders to a project.
- You can link multiple sales order/line/release (same sales order) to a single phase.
- The problem - You cannot link multiple sales order/line/releases (different sales order) to a single phase.
- You can link multiple sales order/line/releases (different sales order) to different phases.
Alternate to problem 3, phase is not at the line level so I cannot link there???
Jobs, Quotes, and POs do not seem to have any problem linking multiple to a single phase?
I was hoping to use the OOB tools, but it seems we may need to add a custom phase field to the order line (release isn’t really needed, we only need one release on these) however I don’t think that would calculate in revenue recognition for the phase, just the project level. Not a deal breaker, but not ideal.
