I am looking for a report that will list all report builder reports
in a library. We will be upgrading from 6.0 to 6.1 and will have to
make changes to all the reports. I must have missed it when I looked
through all the files on the Yahoo site.
Looking for a change log for Sales Orders on 3.00. I know future versions
have it but did anyone have some type of report or tracking they were doing
on 3.00?
There is a program/utility included with AutoRpts called "RBL_Util.r". This
utility allows you to open a Report Builder library and see all the reports
in it. You can choose to print out the listing, or you can use it to pick
and choose reports from the list and then batch print all the selected
reports.

At a suggestion in an old posting I have played with the reptlist.p procedure in the Progress\src\aderb\examples folder. I don't know enough about procedure editing to take it further but it will actually list the reports in a library. In my test though I had to place a PRL in the same folder and harcode the .p procedure to point to it. Even then the list was pretty rough looking.
Just curious but why do you need to make changes to all the reports? Is there something in the 6.0 to 6.1 upgrade that requires this?

The new service needs to be referenced, i.e. mfgsys61 and not mfgsys60.

I do that as I need to maintain the reports. About 2/3 of mine are still pointing to Epic52. They run fine from Vantage because there they pick up the service from the user's Vantage connection. I am assuming the same will hold for 6.1 and I will eventually have a mix of database connections. With RB going away eventually I'm not putting any more effort into it than I have to.
